Prior to engaging in this offering, we will challenge you to fill our a self-assessment form with gives us a sense of your quality improvement competency and which outlines a current project, process department or strategic initiative which you would like to improve (Applied Learning Project. ALP).

Then, throughout the course of our engagement, you will be learning new skills and transferring them to the ALP you identified before engaging in our course. By the close of the course, your ALP will be cycled through our human centered design quality improvement methodology and you will have a clear roadmap of how to move that ALP foreword within your organization.
