- Attendees trained in QIHD will have the ability to lead teams to improvement within all domains: people, operations, finance, service and quality.
- Attendees will learn simple yet elegant human centered design methods to define and drive projects from inception to success.
- All attendees will learn how to use data for improvement, which includes such critical tools as the run chart, root cause analysis, and other key quality improvement tools.
- Attendees will build the “soft skills” of team facilitation and the psychology of leading and influencing a team.

Prior to engaging in this offering, we will challenge you to fill our a self-assessment form with gives us a sense of your quality improvement competency and which outlines a current project, process department or strategic initiative which you would like to improve (Applied Learning Project. ALP).
Then, throughout the course of our engagement, you will be learning new skills and transferring them to the ALP you identified before engaging in our course. By the close of the course, your ALP will be cycled through our human centered design quality improvement methodology and you will have a clear roadmap of how to move that ALP foreword within your organization.
