On Demand Training
The on-demand offering of our Quality Improvement through Human Centered Design methodolgy ensures that you can adopt the principles and skills needed to execute improvement at your own pace. Our 12 part on-demand digital course focuses on transferring quality improvement knowledge to the learner while giving you the scaffolding to apply those learnings to a project in real time.
In Person Training
In this one-day workshop, you will engage with fundamental Quality Improvement principles, work on real challenges that you face, and apply human-centered design to your work. In addition to training you on core concepts, you will think through how to identify, refine, and scale improvements. – the session is highly interactive and is focused on helping you “learn by doing”
